Freddy Jones Band

Freddy Jones Band, one of America’s most noteworthy and revered alternative rock acts, celebrates over three decades since Marty Lloyd founded the band in the late ’80s, just after writing their biggest hit to date, “In a Daydream.” Despite the band’s name, none of the members are named Freddy Jones.

In addition to “In a Daydream,” Freddy Jones Band is known for other popular singles such as “Take the Time,” “One World,” and many other top AAA hits. Their latest release, EP23, features their newest singles, “Connected” and “Mirror Ball,” as well as the 30th Anniversary Edition of “In a Daydream,” currently streaming everywhere. This EP follows their acclaimed album “Never Change,” produced by three-time Grammy-winning producer and engineer Justin Niebank (Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley), hailed by Niebank as “the best record I’ve worked on in years.”

Freddy Jones Band is fronted by founding member Marty Lloyd, who is joined by longtime band member and noted bassist Rich Ross, known for extensive touring with The Samples. The lineup also includes guitar virtuoso Terry Goldstein and groove master Ben Loshin on drums.
